Assessment and rollout fall within office hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00), and outside them where this has been agreed, where your hosting or monitoring package covers it, or where the service requires it. Because we work with engineers in the Netherlands, Turkey and California, technical capacity can be available outside Dutch office hours; a guaranteed response time or 24/7 support is not part of that as standard. Backups & recovery
Maintenance also means having a safety net for when something goes wrong. We make automatic backups of your website and database and periodically test that a restore genuinely succeeds. If an update fails or your site is hit, we quickly restore a clean version with minimal data and revenue loss — no panic, no days of downtime.
Monitoring & uptime checks
We monitor your site automatically for availability, the technical response time of site and server, and suspicious activity — 24/7, where the monitoring service is set up for your environment. If your site goes down or something behaves abnormally, the system generates an alert automatically. We pick that alert up during office hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00), and outside them where this has been agreed, where your hosting or monitoring package covers it, or where the service requires it. That way a problem can come to light before you or your visitors are affected. Monitoring is not an uptime guarantee, but it reduces the chance that an issue goes unnoticed.
