Website not working, offline or down

A site that won't load costs you revenue and trust instantly. The cause almost always lies in one of a handful of places: a DNS problem (wrong or expired settings after a move), a server that's down or overloaded, a white screen (“white screen of death”) or a 500 error caused by a bug in code, a plugin or the PHP version. We work systematically: we check availability, DNS, the server and log files, isolate the fault and fix it. If needed we put a temporary maintenance page or a backup live, so you're reachable again quickly while we resolve the real cause.

Website hacked, malware or spam

A hacked site often spreads spam, redirects to dubious pages or malware to visitors — and gets blocklisted by Google. Acting fast limits the damage. Our approach: clean-up (removing malicious code, backdoors and spam injections), restore from a clean backup where that's faster and safer, then harden: rotate passwords and keys, update or replace vulnerable plugins and extensions, tighten file permissions, set up a firewall and malware scanning. Finally we submit a review request to Google where needed so warnings disappear. With monitoring and updates we prevent a repeat.

Slow website

A slow site drives visitors away and hurts your ranking. We first measure where the time goes, then tackle the real bottlenecks: setting up caching properly (page, object and browser cache), compressing images and serving them in modern formats, cleaning and optimising the database, removing heavy or conflicting plugins, and matching the hosting to your actual traffic. For web shops and busy sites we migrate to faster, managed hosting where needed. The result: a noticeably faster site, better Core Web Vitals and more conversions.

WordPress or Magento broken after an update

A failed update can render a WordPress site or Magento shop unusable in one go: a blank screen, an error message or a checkout that no longer works. We fix this safely via a staging environment: we make a copy, re-run the update there, track down the conflict (a plugin, extension, theme or incompatible PHP version) and test everything before going live. If a quick fix isn't possible, we perform a controlled rollback to the last working version. After that we set up updates so they're always tested on staging first — no more surprises in production.

Hosting problems

Hosting touches everything: when the server falters, your site and email go down with it. We resolve common issues: email that stopped working (DNS, MX, SPF/DKIM settings), SSL errors and an expired certificate (we renew and automate renewal), a migration to a better host without downtime, and overload during traffic spikes.
